जेल और वास्तु

जेल और वास्तु का अत्यंत ही गहरा रिश्ता है। आज अपराध और सुधार के बीच जो रस्साकशी चल रही है उसे वास्तु के विज्ञान द्वारा संतुलित व नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। वर्तमान भारतीय जीवन शैली से कटी ज्ञान की यह विधा आज उतनी ही पैनी और असरदार है जितनी प्राचीन समय में हुआ करती थी, बस आवश्यकता है इसे अपनाने की।
जेल, कैद, कारागार, कारावास और सुधारगृह आदि का नाम आते ही जेहन में एक प्रकार की डर एवं कुंठा की भावना की लहर दौड़ पड़ती है। वास्तव में जेल एक ऐसी जगह होती है जिसके बारे में लोगों की यह धरणा है कि वह अपराध और अपराधियों पर नियंत्रण करती है। पर सुधरने और सुधारने की यह प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से कारगर नहीं है। क्योंकि जन्म से न कोई अपराधी होता है और न ही वह ऐसा बनना चाहता है। उसके आस पास का वातावरण और सामाजिक व पारिवारिक संरचना तथा व्यवहार किसी इंसान को अपराध करने और न करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं। ऐस में कई बार उचित प्रयास और सही मार्गदर्शन से लोगों में अपेछित सुधार देखा जाता है, जबकि कई बार लाख कोशिशों के बावजूद भी किसी-किसी इंसान को सुधार पाना मुश्किल होता है।
आज दुनिया के हर जिले हर राज्य और हर देश में अपराधों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए जेलों का सुव्यवस्थित जाल देखा जा सकता है। पर क्या अपराधों पर नियंत्रण हो पाया है? क्या अपराधियों और दोष सिद्ध व्यक्तियों को सही रास्ते पर ले आ पाने में सफलता मिली है? तमाम कोशिशों के बाद भी इस प्रकार की नकारात्मक उर्जा को हटा पाने में समाज विफल रहा है। इस सबके पीछे बिलकुल सीधी सी बात है और वह है-सकारात्मक उर्जा का अभाव।
यह बात उस समय और महत्वपूर्ण हो जाती है जब जेल का हर वह शख्स जो एक दूसरे से अपने विचारों का आदान प्रदान करता है स्वयं भी नकारात्मक उर्जा के जाल में पूरी तरह से बंधा हुआ होता है। एक कहावत है कि जिसके पास जो होता है वही वह दूसरों को देता है। इस प्रकार वहां का प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एक दूसरे को निगेटीविटी ही बांटता है और इस तरह नकारात्मकता और बुरी उर्जा जेल के वतावरण में हर तरफ व्याप्त हो जाती है। इसका असर वहां कार्य करने वाले जेल कर्मियों पर भी पड़ता है और कई बार वे भी इस नकारात्मक उर्जा के प्रभाव में आ जाते हैं तथा कुछ ऐसा कर गुजरते हैं जिससे समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं। जेल में जहां एक ओर मानवीय विचारों में निगेटीविटी का आधिक्य होता है वहीं दूसरी ओर जेल की बनावट और स्थापत्य भी इसे प्रभावित करते हैं। और कई बार उपयुक्त वास्तु के अभाव में कैदियों, बंदियों और जेल कर्मियों को कठिनाइयों का सामना तो करना ही पड़ता है साथ ही इससे बाहर का सामाजिक परिवेश भी प्रभावित होता है।
जेल की बैरकों का वास्तु सम्मत न होना जहां अपराध को बढ़ा सकता है वहीं दूसरी ओर यह अन्य तरह के नए अपराधों को भी जन्म दे सकता है। अतः ऐसे में सरकार और जेल प्रशासन की जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि जेल के निर्माण में वास्तु का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाय, जिससे अपराधों को आसानी से नियंत्रित किया जा सके। तथा कैदियों और बंदियों को भी चाहिए कि वे जेल के अंदर सोने और रहने के लिए उचित दिशा, स्थान और कोनों का चयन करें।
जेल प्रशासन को चाहिए कि वह कैदियों और बंदियों के लिए बैरकों का निर्माण साउथ वेस्ट दिशा (नैऋत्य कोण) में न करें। और यदि इस दिषा में बैरकें बनी भी हों तो उनमें अपराधियों कों न रखा जाय। क्योंकि इस दिशा में रहने वाले का आधिपत्य जेल की सभी दिशाओं पर होता है और इसलिए वे पूरी जेल पर हावी होंगे। और ऐसे में जेलें सुधारगृह के बजाय क्राइम हाउस बन जाएंगीं जहां अपराधों को प्रश्रय व बढ़ावा मिलेगा।
नैऋत्य कोण मूलाधार चक्र की संगत दिशा है जो जेलर और जेल प्रशासन के लिए होना चाहिए जिससे जेल का नियंत्रण, प्रबंधन और उसकी व्यवस्था सुचारु रूप से चलती रहे। बैरकों का निर्माण पूरब अथवा उत्तर पश्चिम (वायव्य कोण) दिशा में करना चहिए और कैदियों व बंदियों को इन्हीं बैरकों में रखना चाहिए।
जहां तक पूरब दिशा का प्रश्न है तो इस दिशा में रहने वाले अपराधियों को सूर्य की वह उर्जा जो अदृश्य होती है, मिलती है तथा उनमें सकारात्मकता बढ़ती है। तथा मन और बुद्धि का पॉजिटिव विकास होता है। जिससे मनुष्य बुराई का मार्ग छोड़कर अच्छे कर्म और सन्मार्ग की और अग्रसर होता है। वहीं वायव्य कोण में रहने वाले क्रिमिनल जल्द ही वायु तत्व के प्रभाव में आकर चलायमान हो जाते हैं और ज्यादा दिन तक जेल में नहीं रह पाते हैं। ऐसी परिस्थिति जहां कैदियों व बंदियों के लिए अच्छी होती है वहीं जेल प्रशासन के लिए भी सुकून भरी होती है। यह दिशा अनाहत चक्र की संगत दिशा है जो कैदियों व बंदियों को उनकी जिम्मेदारियों का भावनात्मकबोध कराकर उन्हें सच्चाई के रास्ते पर चलने को प्रेरित करती है। तथा क्रूरता व बुरी प्रवृत्तियों को कम करती है।
किए गए कर्मों की सजा तो हर किसी को भुगतनी ही पड़ती है, उसे कोई नहीं बदल सकता, न तंत्र, न मंत्र और न ही यंत्र क्योंकि प्रकृति तो संतुलन बनाती ही है। किंतु इन उपायों के साथ यदि वास्तु का ध्यान रखा जाय तो सजा कम या हल्की जरूर हो जाती है। इसके अलावा सामाजिक प्रतिष्ठा व मान सम्मान को बचाए रखा जा सकता है। जेल जाना हमेशा बुरी बात ही नहीं होती, क्योंकि गांधी, नेहरू, देवकी आदि विभूतियां एक पावन उद्देश्य के लिए जेल गईं। उनकी पॉजिटिव उर्जा ने न केवल उनका व्यक्तिगत मान सम्मान बढ़ाया बल्कि समाज और राष्ट्र की गरिमा व गौरव को भी बढा़या। इन्होंने न केवल अपने ल्क्ष्य को प्राप्त किया बल्कि शक्तिशाली सकारात्मक उर्जा से कई अपराधियों की दशा-दिशा भी बदल दी। इन्हें आज सम्मान की नजर से देखा जाता है और ये आज भी हमारे लिए पूजनीय हैं। हम वास्तु के जरिए इसी सकारात्मक उर्जा की बात कर रहे हैं जिसके साथ सुधारगृह, सुधारने और सुधरने वाले तीनों की काया पलट की जा सकती है। किंतु शर्त इतनी है कि वास्तु का सच्चा मार्गदर्शक मिले जो लोगों को सही रास्ता दिखा सके।
